Renovation of an educational facility in Hauppauge, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The Contract will be awarded to the lowest responsible bidder as long as the bid is responsive and in the School District's best interests or the proposals will be rejected within 45 days of the date of opening proposals. The School District, however, reserves the right to waive any informalities or irregularities, accept or reject any alternatives, accept any bid in whole or in part, reject any proposals and to advertise for new proposals, if in its opinion the best interest of the School District will thereby be promoted. Each bidder may not withdraw his bid within 45 days after the formal opening thereof. A bidder may withdraw his bid only in writing and prior to the bid opening date.
