Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Oakville, Ontario. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and playground / park / athletic field.
The Town of Oakville (the town) invites submission for prequalification described as: The prequalification of Contractors for the rehabilitation of the tennis courts and parking lot at Wallace Park, 245 Reynolds Street, Oakville, On. The existing main and practice courts (including walls), fences, and court lights will be removed. A new 6 court layout will be built to replace the existing 5 court layout. New fences HL3A asphalt courts with acrylic court surfacing, line painting, nets and posts, court lights, subdrainage, etc will be installed. Heavy grading may be required to raise the courts and improve drainage. The existing parking lot is 'shared' between Wallace Park and Oakville Curling Club. Only the park's portion will be rehabilitated as part of this project. The existing 'parkette' at the corner of Reynolds Street and Sneddon Avenue will also be rehabilitated at the same time.
