As of June 19, 2025 this project was awarded to T.A.A. CONSTRUCTION INC. in the amount of $318,150.82 Scope of Work The work under this contract generally consists of the removal of sediment from the C-4 stormwater management facility (SWMF) located at approximately 500 Lakeview Drive as part of the Alder Grange on the Thames Subdivision in Woodstock. Without limiting the scope of the contract, the work generally includes: Implementation of appropriate erosion and sediment controls around the facility Dewatering of the C-4 SWMF Removal and disposal of sediment from C-4 SWMF Removal and disposal of Phragmites impacted soil surrounding the perimeter of C-4 SWMF Replacement of outlet structure gravel jack Replacement of rip rap at the inlet and outlet plunge pool (provisional) Regrading and restoration of the landscaping disturbed by sediment removal activities Addition of a connecting trail on the east side of the facility Supply and installation of safety signs around the facility/structures Restoration and cleanup work This work is essential to ensure the City's infrastructure and facilities remain safe, in a state of good repair and able to meet the City's needs.
