Option #1 - Milling out existing pavement failure approximately 690 sy haul to county site - Furnish and install 4" on average GAB - Furnish and install 4" of 19mm asphalt binder - Furnish and install 1.5 of 9.5mm topping overlay once patching is completed. - Furnish and install crack fill on the major cracks on the entire parking lot. - Furnish and install a seal coat on the entire parking lot. - Remove and replace any existing parking bumpers and haul off. - Furnish and install pavement markings. Option #2 - Milling out existing pavement failures approximately 690 sy haul to county site. - Furnish and install soil cement 12" using 80 lbs per sy - Furnish and install 2" on average GAB - Furnish and install 2" of 19mm asphalt binder - Furnish and install 1.5 of 9.5mm topping overlay once patching is completed - Furnish and install crack fill on the major cracks on the entire parking lot. - Furnish and install a seal coat on the entire parking lot. - Remove and replace any existing parking bumpers and haul off. - Furnish and install pavement markings.
