The bid deposit for hard copies shall be refunded to each Bidder only if the plans and specifications are returned in good condition, with no handwritten notations thereon within thirty (30) days following the award of the contract or the rejection of the bid of such person or corporation. Unsuccessful bidders who request more than one (1) set of the plans and specifications will be partially reimbursed for extra sets in accordance with General Municipal Law _ 102 if returned in good condition, with no handwritten notations thereon, within thirty (30) days following the award or rejection of the bids. Plan holders who have paid for hard copies of the bid documents will need to make determination if hard copies of the addenda required for their use and coordinate directly with the printer for hard copies to obtain hard copies of the bid addenda. Bids must be made on the standard proposal form in the manner designated by the Instructions to Bidders and as required by the specifications. The school district shall be required to receive and maintain such payroll records. The original payrolls or transcripts shall be preserved for (5) years from the completion of the work on the project.
