Participation Requirements - Small Business Participation General Requirements - Contractors License Required Notice of Award May 28, 2025 Notice to Proceed on or around June 11, 2025 Required Substantial Completion July 31, 2025 Description of Work: The Fourth Creek WWTP facility supports system operations and houses different work groups that include offices, breakrooms, mechanical shops, and system processes. Due to the age of the facilities and continual hours of operations, several areas are due to be renovated. The intent of this work is to renovate the administrative breakroom, men's restroom, and general office areas. The administrative breakroom renovations will include, but not be limited to, demolition of the existing cabinets and ceiling, installation of a new sink, fixtures, cabinets, plumbing, acoustic ceiling, window treatments, and LED lighting.
