The scope of the project: The project covers Tree Trimming, Pruning, Stump Grinding and Tree Removal Services. At all Amarillo College Campuses, including East Campus Housing. Failure to have a proposal physically to the owner by the deadline shall result in the proposal not being considered. No electronic proposals shall be accepted. A Cashier's check, or acceptable bidder's bond, payable to the Amarillo Junior College District, in the amount of 5% of the largest possible total for the proposal, must accompany each proposal, as a guarantee that, if awarded a contract, the Proposer will promptly enter into a contract and execute such bonds as may be required. Event bid note: The Proposal shall be clearly marked in bold text: Name of Proposer Address "Sealed Proposal Do not open" RFP#1419 AC Tree Trimming, Pruning, Stump Grinding and Removal Services "Amarillo College is the Greatest" Telephone proposals or facsimile transmitted proposals will not be accepted. All work will be contracted and coordinated by Jim Baca. The Owner reserves the right to waive any informalities or irregularities or reject any or all proposals.
