Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Huntsville, Alabama. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
DECRIPTION OF PROJECT: Upgrading and repairing fifty (50) streets in accordance with details, specifications, and general requirements of the City of Huntsville. The purpose of this bid is to provide for the expedient construction of resurfacing projects as designated by the City of Huntsville, utilizing unit prices for the commonly performed contractor work items. Construction of these projects is intended to be performed within 280 days with the work beginning and ending on dates selected by the City of Huntsville. Failure to comply with the times specified in the Notice to Proceed (NTP) may, in the sole determination of the City of Huntsville, result in the contractor being prohibited from bidding on additional work for the City of Huntsville, until such time as contractor is back on schedule. The City reserves the right to reject any altered bid resulting from altering the file in any manner.
