Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Moberly, Missouri. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
**As of July 21, 2025, the project was awarded to Courtney Construction with an awarded amount of $299, 643.40.** The proposed work includes: Construction of sidewalk, sidewalk ramps, and driveway approaches along Route EE. The project will utilize MoDOT Right-of-Way and City maintenance easements for construction of the sidewalk as well as temporary construction easements for grading and tie-ins parallel to the proposed sidewalk. All bidders must be on MoDOTs Qualified Contractor List per Section 102.2 from the current version of the Missouri Standard Specifications for Highway Construction, including all revisions. The contractor questionnaire must be on file 7 days prior to bid opening A certified or cashiers check or a bid bond in the amount of 5% shall be submitted with each proposal. The City of Moberly reserves the right to reject any or all bids. Proposals must be on forms provided. The project will be awarded to the lowest, responsive, responsible bidder. The DBE Goal for this project is 5%.
