This project aims to improve the aesthetics and visual appeal, protect house surfaces from weather damage, and extend the home's lifespan with high-quality, professional painting. The College is committed to selecting a contractor with proven experience with similar projects, follows industry best practices, and ensures a clean, safe work environment. All work must meet the standards outlined in the Scope of Work. All Work Will Be Contracted and Coordinated by Jim Baca. The Scope of the Project: the Project Aims to Improve the Visual Appeal, Protect House Surfaces From Weather Damage, and Extend the Home's Lifespan With High-quality, Professional Painting. The College is Committed to Selecting a Contractor With Proven Experience With Similar Projects, Follows Industry Best Practices, and Ensures a Clean, Safe Work Environment. Failure to Have a Proposal Physically to the Owner by the Deadline Shall Result in the Proposal Not Being Considered. A Cashier's Check, or Acceptable Bidder's Bond, Payable to the Amarillo Junior College District, in the Amount of 5% of the Largest Possible Total for the Proposal, Must Accompany Each Proposal, as a Guarantee That, if Awarded a Contract, the Proposer Will Promptly Enter Into a Contract and Execute Such Bonds as May Be Required. The Owner Reserves the Right to Waive Any Informalities or Irregularities or Reject Any or All Proposals. All Proposals Shall Remain in Effect for a Period of Sixty (60) Days From the Date of Receipt Unless Returned Sooner.
