Completed plans call for the renovation of a three-story above grade educational facility; for the addition of a educational facility; for site work for a educational facility; and for the demolition of a educational facility.
For Final GMP Pricing: The project involves the interior renovation of a 3-storey building that will serve as the Northbrook High School CTE. The renovation will transform the existing classroom spaces into CTE facilities. Work will include (but not limited to) demolishing existing classrooms, including walls, ceiling, and finishes; installing or upgrading HVAC systems, electrical wiring, plumbing, and technology systems. Note: The school will remain operational during construction. The project will be phased as below: (1 Month) Mobilize on the Site (May 2026) (3 Months) Summer 1 Scope of Work (Tentataively June 2026 to August 2026) (9 Months) School in Session = After-hours Work + Holiday Breaks (2 Months) Summer 2 Scope of Work (Tentatively June 2027 to July 2027) Given the phased execution of the project, please submit your bid with a separate cost breakdown for each floor level.
