This is a Request for Quote (RFQ). The government anticipates awarding a firm-fixed price contract resulting from this solicitation. This RFQ is set aside for Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB). All respondents must have an active registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov and certified in by SBA in Dynamic Small Business Search (DSBS). Interested SDVOSB's must be listed to receive contract awards. Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 17, is soliciting offers for Kitchen Exhaust Hood and Duct Cleaning Svcs (STX). The services will be provided to South Texas VA Healthcare System (STVAHCS) in San Antonio, TX and Kerrville, TX in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW). Questions: All questions must be received by Friday, May 16, 2025, at 15:00 CST. Quotes shall be received on or before the date and time specified in Block 8 of the SF 1449. Please title email with Solicitation Number, Proposal Submission. All proposals shall be submitted in four (4) separate volumes and labeled with RFQ Number, Offeror's Name, and the appropriate volume number. Due to email constraints by the VA, it is requested that emails sent to the POC be no larger than 7MB. Multiple emails can be sent to the POC for an offer.
