Sealed Bids for the Mercer County Courthouse Exterior Door Restoration Phase I for the Mercer County Commission, which consists of the removal, restoration, and reinstallation of existing bronze doors, (2) pairs, as noted on bidding plan sheets, at the Mercer County courthouse. Includes secure temporary doors with electronic hardware to be installed while existing doors are being restored. Question Deadline 05/13/2025 All questions about the meaning or intent of the Contract Documents are to be submitted to the Architect on the Pre-Bid Question Form provided herein. Interpretations and/or clarifications considered necessary by Architect in response to such questions will be issued by Addenda and delivered to all parties recorded by Architect as having received the Bidding Documents. Questions received less than ten (10) days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered. Withdrawal of bids shall be according to Article 5-22-2 of West Virginia State Code.
