Owner has an existing Carrier 48HJD012-671 Packaged Rooftop unit that needs replacement. INSTALLATION: Contractor to provide and install the systems as detailed below: Equipment: _ Install new Carrier 48GESN12J6M6 10ton 2-stage High Efficiency Gas/Electric Package unit with Humidi-MiZer Dehumidification System, High Static EcoBlue Vane Axial Fan with Filter Status Switch, Low Gas Heat Stainless Steel Heat Exchanger, Condensate Overflow Switch, Phase Monitor Protection, Louvered Hail/Coil Guards, and Ultra-Low Leak Enthalpy Economizer. _ Contractor is to provide all necessary equipment, disposal of old equipment, Crane Cost, Gas Piping per current code requirements, condensate drain piping, approved emergency condensate cut-off designed for use with the specified rooftop equipment, new disconnect and associated wiring, controls and control wiring, permits and fees, labor, etc. for a complete installation. _ Equipment to have 5 year all parts extended warranty, 1 year labor warranty, and 15 year heat exchanger warranty. Controls & Owner Training: _ Install Controls including: Reuse existing Carrier Wall Controller. _ Equipment must be integrated into the county's existing Carrier iVu Control System. SPECIAL REQUIRMENTS: _ Contractor's bid shall include all electrical requirements for a complete operable system per code. _ Contractor's bid shall include a new electrical disconnect and whip to new RTU. _ Contractor's warranty shall cover the new equipment and associated work only for a period of 1 year. _ Manufacturer Equipment warranty to cover 5 year all parts including compressor and 15 year heat exchanger. _ Contractor to recover refrigerant per EPA guidelines.
