The Project consists of the following scope items: New Flooring New Lighting New Acoustical Treatment / Baffles Interior Painting The schedule for the work is noted below, which is subject to material procurement and review with Owner: Work Commencement: June 13, 2025 Substantial Completion: August 4, 2025 Please note that the only opportunity for prospective bidders to access or photograph the site or enter the existing school will be at the mandatory pre-bid meeting. Bidders are cautioned to review all Instructions and Contract Documents with respect to scheduling requirements and obligations. The project will be bid and constructed as a Single Prime Lump Sum Contract with Add Alternate options to be added at Owner's discretion.
