Hamilton County, Nebraska is soliciting Letters of Interest (LOI) from companies interested in providing Design/Build Services for the design and construction of the Hamilton County Extension Building. Located at 310 A Street, Aurora, Nebraska. The Project will consist of: 1. Preparation of the site for the proposed project. 2. Connection to existing utilities. 3. Design and construction of a one story, slab-on-grade, 50'X100', pre-engineered metal building. 4. New concrete sidewalks, concrete parking area, and rocked parking area. 5. Building and site signage and parking striping as appropriate. If the soliciting process is successful, the contract award is currently anticipated for July 28, 2025 with expected construction start date of September 29, 2025 and construction completion of July 28, 2026 One Design/Builder will be selected for the entire project. The selection process will have two steps. Letters of Interest shall be reviewed by the County in consultation with the Performance Criteria Developer. The County shall select prospective design/builders in accordance with the procedures and standards set forth in Hamilton County Resolution No. 1190. Selected design/builders will be requested to submit a proposal.
