Electrical and Fire Alarm upgrades related to sprinkler system upgrades. 5. Refer to Fire Suppression Drawings and Specifications for full scope of work. 6. Refer to Electrical and Fire Alarm Drawings and Specifications for full scope of work. 7. Selective replacement of acoustical ceiling tiles. 8. Painting for fire suppression piping and hangers exposed to view. 9. Touch up paint at disturbed areas. 10. Provide new Penetration Firestopping. 11. Provide new cover system for concealment of fire sprinkler systems. 12. Removal and re-installation of existing fire sprinkler systems cover systems. 13. Asbestos abatement.
