Project Number HPS-SEAHU-09302025 Estimated Cost $1,087,798 Electrical Hingham Public Schools - South Elementary School AHU Replacement . Contractor Qualification DCAMM Certificate Required for DCAMM contracts over $150,000, Highway Division contracts over $50,000. Removal and replacement of two AHU Air Handling Units at the South Elementary School located at 831 Main St., Hingham, MA. Both units are located inside the school in a mechanical room. The cooling condensers are located on the roof. Work will include: removal and replacement of equipment along with all associated mechanical, electrical, carpentry, insulation, building management/sensors, ductwork, fire protection, water proofing, damproofing and wiring to reconnect the equipment to the existing BMS system at South Elementary School. Existing ductwork associated with the new RTU's system will be cleaned. Existing controls/sensors to be replaced and connected to the BACnet network. Bids shall be prepared and submitted in signed and sealed hard copy bids, in duplicate. Direct submittals to: Hingham Public Schools, Office of the Superintendent at above agency address.
