Site work for a playground / park / athletic field in Timmins, Ontario. Design plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.
Leo DelVilano Park revitalization. Restructuring of the park to include 4 new tennis courts with lights, 4 new pickleball courts with lights, change room facilities with washrooms, and repurposing the existing washroom building into a cold storage building. The existing baseball field is to remain as is and not part of the scope. TIMELINE: Design is ongoing. The City seeking funding through the Northern Ontario Heritage Fund Corporation (NOHFC) fund. Cricket field has been removed from scope by a council vote and may be proposed at another location. Updates may be available early 2026. *Budget is unreleased.
