Restructuring of the park to include 4 new tennis courts with lights, change room facilities with washrooms, and repurposing the existing washroom building into a cold storage building. The existing baseball field is to remain as is and not part of the scope. TIMELINE: Design status is unreleased. The City Conditional funding support letters from the Northern Ontario Heritage Fund Corporation (NOHFC) fund. An RFP for Design & Installation of Accessible & Inclusive Park Play Equipment was issued & has closed. Updates may be available late 2026. *Budget is unreleased.
