Project entails the reconstruction of existing concrete alleys at various locations in the City. This project entails the maintenance of traffic; demolition, removal and construction of concrete curb, sidewalk, handicap access ramps, signal poles and footings, light poles and footings, handholes, fencing, pavement markings, storm drain structures, storm drain piping; upgrades the traffic signals including pedestrian signal poles, poles and footings, pedestrian signal heads, handholes, conduit and electrical cables; APS pushbutton system with wiring; pavement markings; topsoil and turf establishment; and other related items necessary to complete the project in accordance with the plans and specifications prepared by KCI Technologies and the City of Hagerstown, Maryland.
