The project consists of work across multiple areas at the North Vermilion High School Athletic Stadium including demolition of existing masonry concessions/restroom building, the construction of a new CMU masonry Restroom and Concessions building including all associated mechanical electrical and plumbing fixtures, equipment and services. The Project Scope of Work also includes, new site paving, new site utilities, new fencing and gates, and other related Site improvements as included in the Base Bid Scope of Work. Each quotation shall be accompanied by a certified check, cashier's check, or bid bond payable to the Owner, the amount of which shall be five percent (5%) of the total amount bid.
