Greenville Electric Utility System (hereinafter "GEUS") is issuing this Request for Quotes (RFQ) to solicit competitive bids from professional, qualified contractors ("Contractor's"). GEUS will consider competitive bids from qualified contractors for the installation, maintenance, and associated services of underground electric distribution infrastructure. The selected contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, materials, and expertise necessary to complete the work in accordance with the specifications outlined herein.
