Renovation of a water / sewer project in Lake Havasu City, Arizona. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
This project consists of replacing the roof and some interior drywall on building B located at 3040 Mulberry Avenue. All questions that arise relating to this solicitation shall be directed in writing to purchasing@lhcaz.gov with a copy to porterp@lhcaz.gov. To be considered, written inquiries shall be received at the above-referenced email address by May 26, 2025, 3:00 p.m. Arizona Time. Inquiries received will then be answered in an Addendum This project is funded in whole or in part with funds provided by Water Infrastructure Finance Authority of Arizona (WIFA). WIFA provides financial assistance from the state and federally funded Clean Water Revolving Fund (CWRF) and the Drinking Water Revolving Fund (DWRF). As a recipient of benefits from state or federal funds through WIFA, the CITY must comply with the requirements of the Fair Share Policy.
