It is the proposer's responsibility to ensure proposals are received at the above location on or before the specified time. City seeks proposals from qualified contractors to provide dredging services at the McHood Park Reservoir. The selected contractor will be responsible for conducting dredging operations to improve water quality, depth, and safety, using the City's equipment and fuel. The services are required to be completed within 365 days of the Notice to Proceed or Purchase Order as applicable. The City reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, waive any informality in a proposal or to withhold the Award for any reason the responsive determines.
