Reference number: 20069184 Deadline for receipt of complaints: 2025-05-20 Refurbishment of Basement of the Joseph-Angers Pavilion. The work covered by this contract involves the partial redevelopment of the basement of the Joseph-Angers Pavilion at CEGEP DE JONQUIÈRE. The work consists mainly of, but is not limited to, demolition and asbestos removal in the areas to be redeveloped, as well as the construction and fit-up of the identified spaces, i.e. meeting rooms (employee lounge type), projection rooms and refurbishment of the finishes in the technical rooms. The project also includes the required and explained work in architecture, demolition, cabinetry, building mechanics, plumbing, electricity, telecommunications, fire alarm and detection.
