This total project consists of roadway milling and repaving of 5,800 +/- lf of Country Club Lane. Also, the installation of drainage pipe replacement, traffic markings, driveway aprons and other miscellaneous items as required to complete the project. An alternative bid price for traffic striping of Cumberland Road is also requested. Bids will be accepted from any company or firm meeting the contract document provisions. Bids must be made on the Bid Proposal Forms contained in Section 3 of the Technical Bid Specifications & must be enclosed in a sealed envelope plainly marked, "RECONSTRUCTION OF COUNTRY CLUB LANE" and bearing the name and address of the Bidder clearly marked on the outside. Bid security in the form of a certified treasurer's or cashier's check or Bid Bond in the amount of 10% of the bid amount not to exceed $20,000 is required and should be made payable to The TOWNSHIP OF BUENA VISTA with a letter of surety. Successful Bidder is required to pay the higher of the current State or Federal Prevailing Wage Rate to all workers employed on the project. Successful Bidder must furnish a one hundred (100%) percent Performance Bond and one hundred (100%) percent Payment Bond issued by a surety satisfactory to the Municipality
