The deadline to ask questions is 5/15/2025 5:00 PM CST City of Kermit (Owner) is requesting Bids for the construction of the following Project: North Spruce Street Reconstruction North Spruce Street will be reconstructed from W. San Antonio Street to the alley between N. Spruce and N. Olive Streets in Kermit, Texas; approximately 560 feet. Scope of this Work will include establishing two 12-foot travel lanes with a hot-mix asphalt concrete pavement section, curb and gutter, driveway construction, 5-foot-wide sidewalk, ADA compliant pedestrian ramps, and earthwork, pavement markings, signage, and erosion control.
