District-County-Route-Post Mile: 11-SD-125-10.64, 15.11, 18.74 Prime Contractor must have either a Class A license or an applicable Class C license. Prime Contractor must be a certified Small Business under Section 2-1.05. Department establishes no DVBE Contract goal but encourages bidders to obtain DVBE participation. Bids must be on a unit price basis. Complete the work within 150 working days.
