**As of July 24, 2025, the project was awarded to Integra Excavating , with an awarded amount $2,544,863.70.** The work to be performed on this project is split between two sites. The Downtown Park generally consists of the construction of concrete walkways, a stamped concrete plaza, flexible shade canopies, seat walls, a modular block retaining wall, a synthetic turf lawn area, storm sewer underdrains, site lighting, food truck hookups, and landscaping. The Riverfront Park generally consists of the construction of asphalt parking lots, concrete sidewalks, stamped concrete walkways and plazas, a pergola-style pavilion with stage, a play structure, a concrete boat ramp, a pre-fabricated vault restroom facility, site lighting, and landscaping. Downtown and Riverfront Parks Improvement Project. Each proposal shall contain the full name and address of every person, firm, or corporation interested in the same, and if a corporation, the name and address of the president and secretary, and shall comply with the ORC, including 735.06 and bid and performance sureties if applicable. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
