The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to evaluate and select a vendor that can provide TRALC class transformers for JEA Inventory FY25 - FY27 that meet the technical specifications and provide the best value to JEA as described in this Solicitation (the "Work") and to determine the best method for JEA to procure the Work with regards to pricing, lead time, quality, design, and workmanship. The required reports are as follows: iSupplier Open PO - This report must be completed weekly and include the expected delivery date and any additional comments regarding the orders. Registering for iSupplier is required to complete this report. The report will be utilized to determine compliance with deliver and lead times. Monthly review meetings may be held. Failure to comply with lead times could result in JEA terminating the Contract for Default.
