Renovation of a municipal facility in Huntington, West Virginia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
This contract becomes effective on Vendor's receipt of Notice to Proceed and must be completed within 180 days. arfq 0211 gsd2500000104 1. GENERAL REQUIREMENTS/SPECIFICATIONS: Vendor must provide all labor and material to Replace Seventeen (17) existing Windows on the east side of State Building 32, located at 2699 Park Avenue, Huntington West Virginia, 25704, per the following specifications: Vender must install new windows, frames, flashings, and sub-sealant in each window Windows must have aluminum frames and double paned insulated glass. Windows must match existing windows current style. A sample image ofthe existing windows is attached (See Exhibit C). Window frames must be painted to match existing windows. Vendor will be responsible for repairing any damage caused by removal or installation ofwindows, including interior walls, exterior walls, or any other damage resulting from completion ofthis project.
