Furnish and Deliver Parts and Repair Services For Sluice Gate Valve Actuators. Tenders are invited to provide all necessary labor, supervision, tools, equipment, materials and appurtenances, including transportation, to furnish and deliver various new and refurbished Limitorque valve actuators and other parts to various locations within the District’s service area. The Contract shall begin upon approval of the Contractor’s bond and terminate thirty-six (36) months thereafter, or upon expenditure of available funds, whichever occurs sooner. The Contract is divided, for purposes of bidding, into sixteen (16) Items. Bidders must submit bid pricing for all sixteen (16) Items or the bid will be rejected as nonresponsive. The District intends to award one (1) Contract to one (1) Bidder for all the work to be performed. The estimated cost of the work under this Contract is not to exceed $1,077,700.00. The Metropolitan Water Reclamation District of Greater Chicago reserves the right to reject any or all Proposals.
