Renovation of a swimming pool in Fredericton, New Brunswick. Completed plans call for the renovation of a swimming pool.
The proposed Work includes roof replacement and repair work as per Tender Documents. The cap sheet membrane should have a Solar Reflectance Index of at least 82. All rock currently on the roof is to be removed by the successful Contractor and hauled with no debris to a location within the city limits (to be specified by the Project Manager for the City).
