This City's Communications Department invites qualified Contractors to submit a Proposal to fabricate and install artwork at three major City entry points: Dartmouth & Santa Fe, Hampden & Santa Fe, and Oxford & Santa Fe. These installations will define Englewood's gateways and support wayfinding goals. The City has developed artwork in-house. The awarded Contractor will be responsible for coordinating approvals with BNSF and CDOT as well as obtaining the proper permits through the City of Englewood. Question Acceptance Deadline 05/19/2025 04:00 PM EDT Scope of Work The selected vendor will be responsible for the fabrication and installation of the approved Gateway Artwork at designated City entry points. The City must approve all final drawings, design, etc. prior to any fabrication beginning. See Attachment C for detailed specifications at Dartmouth & Santa Fe Design Below is the design to be applied to the overpass at Dartmouth & Santa Fe. Additional specifications are included in the attachment. Measurements are approximate and should be independently verified by Contractor. Colors shall be per Attachment F.
