Site work, paving and new construction of a mixed-use development in Centerville, Iowa. Completed plans call for the construction of a one-story above grade educational facility; for site work for a educational facility; sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.

Package 1 - Outside Electrical Relocation o Provide and install a 120/240 volt single phase 600 AMP main breaker NEMA 3R panel board set on Unistrut or similar product set in concrete. o The panel board shall include: o 2 x 200 AMP 2 Pole Breakers o 1 x 150 AMP 2 Pole Breaker o 1 x 100 AMP 2 Pole Breaker o 6 x 20 AMP 1 Pole Breakers o 12 Provisional spaces for future use o Provide new grounding per code. o Reconnect existing 150 AMP feeder and existing 200 AMP feeder to the baseball press box. o Provide and excavate new 200 AMP feeder to the new concession stand. o Provide and excavate new 100 AMP feeder to the new press box. o All pathways in 2-inch conduit. Add Alternate 2 includes sidewalks, and patio labeled on the site plans as Add Alternate 2. o Contractors should provide a complete bid for the base and a square yard price for each add alternate separately. o Contractor responsibilities include aggregate backfill, compaction, dewatering, rough grading, fine grading, and concrete curing. o Protect any surface from damage caused by the contractor's work. o Owner will provide benchmark elevations and established control points. o Maintain a clean and safe work area. o All concrete shall be a 4000 PSI mix. Package 3 - Concession Building Construction Scope of Work: Furnish and install a 40x100 single story building with the following specifications corresponding to the attached building plans. o General Information: o Building Use: Concession stand and public restroom facility o Construction Type: Wood frame, steel-clad, slab-on-grade structure o Framing Dimensions: 2x6 exterior wall studs at 16" on center Structural Components: o Exterior Walls: Treated bottom plate with Sill Sealer, Double Top Plate, 2x6 wood studs @ 16" O.C., 7/16" OSB sheathing, Tyvek house wrap under wall steel o Roof Framing: 5/8" OSB sheathing, synthetic roof felt o Roof Trusses: Engineer-stamped drawings, 4/12 pitch, 12" overhang with speed lap soffit o Interior Walls: 2x4 wood studs @ 16" O.C., treated bottom plate with Sill Sealer, double top plate o Insulation: 2" closed-cell spray foam in walls, R-48 fiberglass blown-in ceiling, batt insulation in interior walls o Ceiling Finish: Perforated white steel on all ceiling areas Exterior Finishes: o Roof and Wall Cladding: 26-gauge steel for both roof and wall panels, 26- gauge metal trim and accessories to match panels, vented ridge cap o Soffit: Speed lap soffit on overhangs and porch ceiling areas o Interior Finishes: o Mechanical Room Walls: 5/8" CDX plywood o Wall Type A: 29-gauge white liner steel o Wall Type B: Gray Truss Core paneling o Doors and Windows: o Windows: Andersen 100 Series, all black finish o Walk Doors: Hollow metal doors and frames o Garage Door: Haas 700 Series, 26-gauge, insulated, steel-backed, black color o Bathroom Wall Partitions: Phenolic Black Core with a 25-year warranty and stainless steel fasteners. o June 10: Notice to proceed o August 1: Begin Construction o November 1: Construction completion
