Work to be completed by July 04, 2025 Question Deadline: Thu May 15, 2025 12:00:00 PM (EDT) Docs can be obtained from https://tbdssab.bidsandtenders.ca/Module/Tenders/en/Tender/Detail/95ea5c76-a28b-43de-98a5-910051b7bb87 Scope of work: The Contractor shall coordinate, supply, and install all labour and materials including miscellaneous components to provide complete and working systems as intended by the project completion date. • All work shall be completed by qualified and certified plumbers, electricians, and construction specialists. • Contractor shall obtain all required Electrical Safety Authority (ESA) and building permits and associated fees (including all inspections if applicable). • All new equipment shall be Canadian Standards Association (CSA), Federal Communications Commission (FCC) Underwriters Laboratory of Canada Inc (ULC) certified. • Any service shutdowns or interruptions are to be coordinated with TBDSSAB representative. No work shall commence before a project schedule and site kick-off meeting are completed and the methodology has been agreed to by all parties. • Contractor shall be responsible for waste removal, disposals and associated fees as required. • Contractor to coordinate locations of all utilities, property boundaries, and permits and include associated costs in the tender bid submission. • Contractor is responsible for the repair to any damage that occurs on site during the scope of work at their expense. (Existing walls, flooring, ceiling tile etc.). • Contractor to clean up all debris, wiring, connectors, and any other materials to leave site in “clean” condition.
