**As of June 18,2025, the project was awarded to Specialized Construction Inc, with an awarded amount of $818,009.82** Abbey Road & Akins Road Resurfacing The Engineers Opinion of Probable Cost for Construction is $ 584,842.88 for Abbey Road and $ 515,392.52 for Akins Road with a total Probable Cost of $1,100,235.40. Each bid must contain the full name and names of the party or parties making the same, with an affidavit as to interested parties, and in the case of a corporation not chartered in Ohio, with a proper certificate that such corporation is authorized to do business in Ohio, and be accompanied by a certified or cashiers' check on a solvent bank made payable to the order of the City of North Royalton in an amount not less than ten percent (10%) of the total amount of the bid, or by a bid bond equal to ten percent (10%) of the total amount of the bid, drawn in favor of the Clerk of the City of North Royalton.
