The purpose of this solicitation is to establish the requirements for as-needed lead abatement and remediation services on various surfaces, including pipes, tanks, and other appurtenances throughout Valley Water facilities. These facilities include Water Treatment Plants, above and below ground vaults, pipelines, and structures supporting water conveyance. This contract is task order-based and shall provide on-call response for lead abatement services across Valley Waters operational infrastructure. Q&A Deadline 05/21/2025 2:00 PM (PDT) All questions and/or requests for clarification concerning this solicitation must be submitted through the Q&A feature on this portal before the date and time stated on the bid information and/or the Q&A tab. The undersigned understands and agrees to be bound to the proposed Scope of Services and Cost Proposal for 180 days from the date of proposal submittal.
