Partial Roof Replacement for Chemung County Office Building Project Will Be Constructed Under a Single Prime Contract. 1. The work consists of partial removal and replacement of roofing including asbestos abatement. New work consists of tapered insulation, single ply roofing , flashings, metal coping cap, curb modifications and roof door modifications. Project Location: 150 Lake Street, Elmira, New York 14901. Construction Schedule: Work shall commence on the starting date established in the Owner's Notice to Proceed. 1. It is anticipated that the contract award will be by July 14, 2025 2. Construction work start date is anticipated to be August 4, 2025. 3. It is expected that the Work be completed by October 10, 2025.
