The Kansas Department of Wildlife and Parks is accepting bids from qualified manufacturers to provide and install Pre-Cast Concrete shower buildings at locations across the State of Kansas. The number of units required annually will vary, however, the awarded vendor might expect to provide on average 1-7 individual installations per calendar year. Multiple Manufacturers may be awarded. PART 1 - GENERAL 1.1 Project Goals and Scope of Service This is a Request for Proposals from qualified manufacturers to enter an open-ended contract that allows the successful respondent to provide and install Pre-cast Concrete shower buildings at locations across the State of Kansas for the Kansas Department of Wildlife and Parks. This would be a contract for Three Years and renewable for up to five additional one-year terms. Number of units required annually will vary, however, the successful manufacturer might expect to provide on average 1-7 individual installations per calendar year. The objective of this Request for Proposal is to locate a source(s) that will provide the best overall value to KDWP. While price is a significant factor, other criteria will form the basis of our award decision as more fully described in the Evaluation Factors section of this Request for Proposal below.
