Demolition, site work and renovation of a playground / park / athletic field in Panaca, Nevada. Completed plans call for the demolition of a 550-square-foot, one-story above grade playground / park / athletic field; for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field; and for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.

The work under this contract shall include the demolition and installation of replacement restroom facilities and ancillary civil work at Cathedral Gorge State Park. The contract will be awarded to the responsible bidder submitting the lowest total base bid and any alternates. Each Bid Proposal shall be accompanied by a certified or cashier's check or bid bond in the amount of not less than five percent (5%) of the total Bid Price, payable to the Nevada Division of State Parks, as a Guarantee by the Bidder. If the Bidder's Proposal is accepted, they shall promptly secure the necessary Insurances, furnish a Performance Bond in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the Total Bid Price, and execute the Contract. All site work shall be completed in one-hundred-twenty (120) calendar days from the date stated in the Notice to Proceed and no later than September 30, 2025.
