The County of Chambers is soliciting: Chambers County, Texas is seeking to hire a Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) Services for Construction of two new projects in Anahuac, Tx. Pursuant to Chapter 2269 Subchapter F of the Texas Government Code , Chambers County (County) is seeking written proposals from qualified contractors to provide Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) services for a new show barn and the sheriff's office training facility. The county intends to utilize the one-step selection process for thissolicitation and award. Scope of Services : Show Barn - The county intends to demolish existing structures and construct a new show barn. (80'x225'x16'w with concrete foundations, lighting, and fans) The Project includes all utilities, drainage, roadways, parking, landscaping and walkways to structures, and landscape associated with structures.
