Site work and new construction of a fire / police facility in Kokomo, Indiana. Completed plans call for the construction of a fire / police facility; and for site work for a fire / police facility.
This project consists of furnishing all labor, equipment and material to construct a new Fire Station No. 6, for the City of Kokomo at 1717 E. Boulevard Street, Kokomo IN, 46902. Work includes but is not limited to site development, water service, sewer service, new electrical service, completely new building with sleeping area, garage bays, kitchen, and ancillary spaces, all according to the Contract Documents. The BOW reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and to waive any irregularities in submitting a bid, whichever is in the best interest of the City of Kokomo. The Contractor to whom the work is awarded will be required to furnish a Performance Bond in an amount equal to the contract amount before commencing work. PROJECT DESCRIPTION: This project consists of furnishing all labor, equipment and material to construct a new Fire Station No. 6, for the City of Kokomo at 1717 E. Boulevard Street, Kokomo IN, 46902.
