As of October 29 2025 project has been cancelled, and could rebid next year contingent on funding availability. Approximately 3,820 linear feet of 12-inch water line will be installed, beginning at the east side of the intersection of Frontier Parkway and Prestons Hills Circle. The line will continue east along Frontier Parkway, ending approximately 700 feet west of the Lilyana Lane and Frontier Parkway intersection. It will connect to the existing 12-inch water line at the beginning of the alignment, approximately 350 feet on either side of the Twin Lakes Drive intersection, the Coit Road intersection, and at the end of the alignment. Prospective Bidders are urged to register as a vendor and become a plan holder, even if Bidding Documents are obtained from a source other than the designated website in either electronic or paper format. The City's eProcurement website will be updated periodically with addenda, lists ofregistered plan holders,reports, and other information relevant to submitting a Bid for the Project. All official notifications, addenda, and other Bidding Documents will be offered only through the eProcurement website. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for Bidding Documents, including addenda, if any, obtained from sources other than the City's eProcurement website. All questionsshall be submitted through the eProcurementsystem. Owner anticipates that the Project's total bid price will be approximately $1,400,000.00. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive formalities. In case of ambiguity or lack of clearness in stating the price in the bids, the Owner reserves the right to consider the most advantageous construction thereof, or to reject the bid. Unreasonable or unbalanced unit prices will be considered sufficient cause of rejection of any bid or bids. Bidders are expected to inspect the site of the work and to inform themselves regarding conditions under which the work is to be done. City of Celina has adopted prevailing wage rates for Collin County and uses the most current listing.
