The work includes all labor, materials and equipment necessary for the construction project listed below: DESCRIPTION OF WORK: The project is officially known as "2025 Road Projects (Pulverize and Overlay)". Base Bid includes: A. Pulverizing existing pavement, 2.5" overlay in one lift, shouldering, and restoration. B. Work is described in general, non-inclusive terms as furnishing all tools, labor, materials, equipment, and miscellaneous items necessary for the: o Pulverization and reshaping of asphalt pavement. o Placement and compaction of asphalt surface. o Placement of 3/4" stone as shouldering. o Final Restoration of all disturbed areas. The project includes: Loritz Road (from STH 57 to E Town Line Rd.) 5,808 feet X 20 feet wide Butts Road from Loritz Road to Termini 1426 fee X 14 feet wide Town Line Road E from Erdman Road to E Town Line Rd approximately 845 feet X 20 feet wide Price all projects separately with a total price for all projects. The distances listed are only approximate and it is the responsibility of the bidder to take proper measurements.
