The City of Falls Church has released an Invitation for Bids (IFB) for Greenway Downs Neighborhood Traffic Calming Project. Solicitation # HS1P-5B01 (133), HSlP-5801 (584), 21-0480 002, P101, C501 Question Deadline: 05/28/2025 at 3:00 PM ET All Inquiries including questions, except as otherwise stipulated herein, shall be made in writing and forwarded to the Purchasing Agent, via email to: jwise@fallschurchva.gov with copy to purchasing@fallschurchva.gov and ylee@fallschurchva.gov GENERAL SCOPE OF WORK The Contractor will furnish all labor, supervision, materials, tools, equipment, resources, administration, coordination, transportation, superintendence, falsework, water, water haulage, light, power, temporary construction of all kinds, and other services and facilities of every nature whatsoever that are necessary to execute the Work as described and required in the Contract Documents. A specific Scope of Work and additional requirements are described in the Special Provisions for this project. The Contractor is obligated to obtain clarification from the City’s Project Manager concerning any questions about or conflicts in the Contract Documents in a timely way, so as not to delay the progress of the Work. The Contract Documents set forth the minimum requirements expected by the City and the Contractor as necessary to complete the Work. Said Work shall be delivered to the City complete and usable within the scope of the Contract, with all parts in working order, and all connections properly made
