Renovation of a municipal facility in Lake Elsinore, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The contractor will furnish a proposal and price for all materials, labor and equipment to complete the job and deliver the scope. The contractor must familiarize himself with the site, all details of the work required, and existing conditions. The contractor must be a going entity for at least 3 years, and produce a valid certificate of liability insurance, which must be on hand before work begins. The Contractor shall perform at least 70% of all on site work of the total amount of work to be performed under the contract with its own organization. This percentage may be reduced by a supplemental agreement to this contract if, during performing the work, the Contractor requests a reduction, and the City determines that the reduction would be to the advantage of the City. All work will be permitted and inspected through the City of Lake Elsinore Building Department.
