The San Diego County Water Authority (Water Authority) is soliciting bids for procurement and delivery of combination air valves and all associated supplies, materials, and equipment for three projects: Pipeline 5 Relining San Luis Rey Canyon project, Pipeline 5 Relining Oceanside 5 Flow Control Facility to Huckleberry Lane project, and Ramona Pipeline Buried Valves Replacement project. Pre-bid Meeting: A pre-bid meeting is not scheduled for this Project. Contract will be awarded within 90 days after the bid opening if it is in the best interest of the Water Authority. No bidder may withdraw a bid for a period of 90 days after the bid opening. Question Deadline 06/04/2025 at 5:00 PM PT All questions relative to this Project before bid opening shall be presented in writing via email as soon as possible, but no later than time, to Diana Martinez, Senior Management Analyst, at dmartinez@sdcwa.org. An addendum may be issued to bidders stating the questions and answers. The Water Authority reserves the right to waive any informality or irregularity in any bid, to reject any or all bids, or make an award to the lowest responsible and responsive bidder as the interest of the Water Authority may require. The Water Authority may reject any bid which, in the opinion of the Engineer, is unbalanced between the bid items as to be detrimental to the interests of the Water Authority.
