This project includes the replacement of potable water and sanitary sewer mains on Railway Ave. and Alberta Ave. in the hamlet of Halkirk, AB. The project includes removal of existing asphalt road, building new road structures, removing the existing potable water and sanitary sewer mains, reconnecting residential connections to the new utilities, reconnecting the existing fire hydrants, installing new fire hydrants, replacing gate valves, installing new sanitary manholes, and topsoiling and seeding.
